It’s a continuation of my first book but this time I move from celebrating traditional recipes to exploring Polish cooking’s rich present with 100 (!!!) exciting recipes that reflect what my Polish cooking is really about today — bold flavors, vibrant colors, and tantalizing textures influenced by a global touch which has always been a significant part of Polish cuisine. It’s such a fun cookbook packed with so many great recipes. I’ve been testing and cooking them secretly for the last two years! I can’t wait to share this book with you.
