
MICHAŁ KORKOSZ, known as Rozkoszny, is a cook, writer, blogger, and author of the cookbook “Fresh from Poland: new vegetarian cooking from the old country”. He won the 2017 Saveur Blog Award for best food photography (both Editors’ and Readers’ Choice) when he was only 19.
He contributes to Polish food and lifestyle magazines; appears in the morning shows as a chef, but what’s the most important, Korkosz shares daily his delightful (‘rozkoszny’ in Polish) recipes and ideas on his blog and Instagram.
