Hi! I’m MICHAŁ KORKOSZ, known as Rozkoszny, a chef, food writer, blogger, and author of the cookbook “Fresh from Poland: new vegetarian cooking from the old country”. I won the 2017 Saveur Blog Award for best food photography (both Editors’ and Readers’ Choice) when I was only 19. Yeah!

I contribute to Polish food and lifestyle magazines, but what’s the most important, I share daily my delightful (‘rozkoszny’ in Polish) recipes and ideas on my blog and Instagram.

I write a food column in the Polish magazine “Przekrój”, which is available also in English.
